We are a full-service, boutique-style management service. Where possible, we handle small repairs and cleaning services in-house, which saves owners and renters money, time and the stress of coordinating multiple service providers.

we are

Lucky Enough Property Services is proud to serve as an ambassador for the Myrtle Beach, Garden City, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawley’s Island areas. We are a family owned and operated, full-service property management company. We started out as vacationers here in the Myrtle Beach area and now live here full-time, while helping other people love the area like we do!
